As part of the celebration of Diplomatic Relations between India and Mauritius launched by Prime Minister Pravind Jugnauth on September 13 at the CECPA Forum-2022, the High Commission of India is hosting a cultural week, ‘Jashn-e-Dosti: Lind ek Moris – Lamitie pou touzour’ (Forever Friendship) from December 2 December 8 at the Indira Gandhi Centre for Indian Culture (IGCIC), Phoenix.
The programme will be launched on Dec 2 at 17.45 hours by the Head of State His Excellency Mr. Prithvirajsing Roopun as Chief Guest where the week-long celebration will boast of various attractions such as the Mini Food Mela and Art Exhibition at the IGCIC all days from December 2 to December 8 with the participation of more than 500 Indian and Mauritius artists during this special commemorative week.
The public is invited to join this cultural week celebrating the India-Mauritius where prior registration is needed for the following events.
