Our Pizza Inn app allows customers to place orders effortlessly, catering to their convenience whether at home or work, and even send pizzas as gifts. The app also facilitates order collection, saving valuable customer time. The majority of our customer interactions now occur via our mobile application, supported by our active presence on social media and WhatsApp, keeping customers informed about Pizza Inn’s latest offerings. The shift towards digital payments and the use of technology have streamlined our operations, improved inventory management, and facilitated consistent service enhancement.

How does Pizza Inn plan to celebrate this Friday?
World Pizza Day on February 9th is a significant date for us, offering an opportunity to thank our patrons with extreme-value deals. To mark the occasion, we’ve introduced an exciting promotion, allowing all walk-in customers on February 7th, 8th, and 9th to enjoy a large pizza at the exceptional value of just Rs 200, a discount of over 55%.

Which pizza is the customer favorite and how has that influenced your menu?
The Chicken Hawaiian Pizza reigns as our top-selling item, a constant favourite since Pizza Inn’s inception in Mauritius. The unique combination of specially marinated chicken and fresh, local pineapple has made it a local favourite. Its popularity has inspired us to create more innovative and flavorful options, catering to customer preferences while ensuring consistency in quality and taste.

What future initiatives are you excited about in the coming year?
Driven by a passion for excellence, Pizza Inn is in a continuous state of strategic planning and execution. Following the successful launch of our outlet in Goodlands in December 2023, we anticipate opening new stores in the latter half of the year to expand our customer reach. Our R&D team is dedicated to revamping our product offerings, introducing new value deals, and enhancing guest engagement. We aim to improve our online ordering and delivery services for a seamless customer experience, alongside our commitment to sustainability and community involvement, ensuring Pizza Inn not only serves great pizza but also positively impacts society.

At Pizza Inn, we are also dedicated to incorporating sustainable practices into our operations, including waste reduction, the use of eco-friendly packaging, and minimizing our carbon footprint.
