Global University Systems, representing the University of Law, based in the United Kingdom, is hosting a special roundtable discussion event titled “Forging the Future Together: The Collaboration in Legal Education between UK and Mauritius.” This event, taking place on Friday, April 26th, 2024, at Le Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel in Caudan, Port Louis, presents a unique opportunity to foster collaboration and exchange of knowledge between the legal education systems of the UK and Mauritius.
Representatives from the University of Law are visiting Mauritius this week to deepen ties with the Mauritian legal sector. Their visit includes meetings with legal practitioners, universities, and government officials to explore potential areas of collaboration in legal education. The roundtable discussion itself is a key element of this initiative. It aims to explore these potential collaborations, fostering knowledge exchange and connections between legal professionals from both countries.
