eLearning Africa 2024: Shaping the Future of Education & Training through Innovation 

Over 1,200 Global Participants to Convene in Kigali, Rwanda for Leading Pan-African Event taking place from May 29 – 31.

eLearning Africa, the continent’s leading conference and exhibition, training and skills development, returns to Kigali from May 29 – 31, 2024. Co-hosted by the Ministry of Education of Rwanda and Rwanda Convention Bureau, this flagship event will bring together over 1,200 international participants from across the public and private sectors.

The robust 3-day programme includes:

– 13 Pre-Conference Workshops on cutting-edge topics
– 4 Plenary Sessions exploring key themes
– 14 Keynote Presentations by global influencers 
– 73 Sessions & Workshops led by 290 expert speakers
– Exhibition with 89 exhibitors from 19 countries showcasing eLearning solutions
– Annual Ministerial Round Table attracting ministers and government delegations from over 15 African countries

Notable plenaries include the Opening Session on May 30th examining education’s role in fueling Africa’s innovation and development. The Friday Plenary on May 31st will explore transformative strategies aligning education, training and skills initiatives with a digitising era. Topics span the future of work, leveraging technology, effective policymaking, and empowering individuals through digital skills and entrepreneurship.

The Closing Plenary Debate promises a thought-provoking discourse on whether the traditional education system will become obsolete due to rapid digital transformation.
