LetsBe’s Impact at CIEL Ferney Trail: Celebrating Corporate Wellness and Trailblazing Innovation

LetsBe made a remarkable impact at the CIEL Ferney Trail on September 14, 2024, showcasing how its groundbreaking platform is reshaping the future of employee wellness and engagement. The event highlighted the transformative effects of LetsBe’s technology and holistic approach on participant health and productivity, offering a unique opportunity to observe the positive changes it brings to corporate environments.

LetsBe sponsored 28 participants from leading organisations for the prestigious CIEL Ferney Trail. Among these, Bhovesh Beechouck emerged as LetsBe’s transformative hero, winning the 10km race. Lux Collective, the organisation he represented, was awarded as the best company, and Bhovesh distinguished himself as the fastest runner among the sponsored participants. The winner of the 10km race received a voucher for two nights stay at a Lux property, courtesy of Lux Collective. This recognition underscores the impact of the two months of comprehensive support Bhovesh received, which included mental and physical preparation, ultimately culminating in his well-deserved victory.

Jayraj Lutchmun, Founder of LetsBe, explained the motivation behind their sponsorship, saying, “By sponsoring events like the CIEL Ferney Trail and providing various cups and prizes, we empower individuals to achieve their best selves through coaching with doctors, nutritionists, and fitness experts. Our approach not only trains representatives from companies but also engages their entire workforce. This collective effort creates a unified goal, enhancing employee motivation and camaraderie. Lux Collective’s success exemplifies the power of holistic support and teamwork in achieving outstanding results.”

LetsBe is also set to revolutionise the corporate wellness landscape in Mauritius with its cutting-edge product, the Caval Smartwatch. Developed through a strategic American partnership, the Caval Smartwatch exceeds many standard devices in terms of reliability and precision, specifically tailored for corporate wellness rather than general consumer use. Jayraj highlighted its significance, stating, “The integration of the Caval Smartwatch with the LetsBe platform represents a major leap forward in how businesses enhance employee engagement and productivity.”

A key feature of the Caval Smartwatch is its innovative reward system. Participants can now “Get Rewarded for Your Progress” by converting data collected from the watch into step points known as ‘Calpoints’. As users reach their fitness goals, they can redeem these points for rewards and contribute to a noble cause. With LetsBe’s “Give Back” initiative, each step taken not only improves personal health but also supports vulnerable children in Mauritius. Users set their own step goals each month, and the more steps they take, the more positive impact they create.

The Calpoints accumulated can be used to claim gift rewards and support LetsBe-backed non-governmental organisations (NGOs). Users have the freedom to choose which NGO they want to support, and once a goal is achieved, the selected NGO receives a donation. LetsBe also provides proof of transaction to ensure transparency.

For the 18km and 35km races, LetsBe participants included those from Jugaad and Lux Collective’s HR team. While no specific winners from LetsBe were noted for these races, the participation itself reflects the growing influence of LetsBe’s approach in fostering a culture of wellness and engagement.

Sanjana Gobin-Rambhojun, Psychologist at LetsBe, commented, “Our focus on holistic wellness extends beyond physical health, emphasising mental well-being and team cohesion. Events like these bring people together and transform workplace culture, making employees eager to contribute and engage. By addressing individual and organisational pain points, LetsBe aims to enhance overall well-being and productivity.”

In summary, LetsBe’s involvement in the CIEL Ferney Trail not only demonstrated the effectiveness of its holistic wellness platform but also reinforced its commitment to transforming corporate environments. As LetsBe continues to push boundaries with its innovative solutions, the future promises even greater advancements in employee wellness and community impact.
