Attitude Hotels Voted ‘Best Workplace’ in Mauritius for the Third Consecutive Year

The accolades continue to pour in for Attitude Hotels. After being certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’ for the seventh consecutive year earlier in 2024, the hotel group has once again been recognized as the ‘Best Workplace’ in Mauritius in the category for companies with more than 250 employees. This marks the third year in a row that the hotel group has received this certification, following its recognition in 2022 and 2023.

Attitude employs over 1,600 “Family Members” (employees) and has built a strong company culture over the past fifteen years. “We have developed a culture of care, which is reflected in our clients and partners. We prioritize the well-being and potential of our employees. We care for newcomers, those leaving, and those retiring. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves, and we find joy in everything we do! Attitude is truly a group where it’s great to work,” said Ashvina Busviah, Group People Manager at Attitude Hotels.

The hotel group meets all the criteria set by the Great Place to Work organization, which awards the Best Workplace certification. From training and career development to medical check-ups, fringe benefits, and profit-sharing, nothing has been overlooked. “In recent years, Attitude has implemented several programs and processes to highlight individual potential, foster a learning culture, build a strong team, and celebrate recognition and success,” added Ashvina Busviah.

This certification enhances Attitude’s employer brand, as it reflects the group’s reputation and the culture it offers. The best workplaces fully develop the human potential of all their employees and create a high-trust culture, enabling the company to reach its full potential. “Being certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’ for the seventh consecutive year and as ‘Best Workplace’ for the third is, in itself, recognition of a corporate culture strategy that works: Human first!” said Busviah.

Vincent Desvaux de Marigny, Chief Executive Officer of Attitude Group, also emphasized: “At Attitude, we firmly believe that the success of our company is built on the fulfillment of our Family Members. Our work culture naturally translates into the experience of our clients and partners. As we prepare to expand our presence on the African continent, this strong corporate culture will be our greatest asset. It will not only allow us to attract and retain top local talent but also to replicate our success model by adapting our ‘Human first’ approach to the specificities of each new market.”
