Looking to the future, Veekash stresses the importance of anticipating industry trends and integrating emerging technologies within Emtel’s telecommunications ecosystem. “Anticipating future trends and integrating emerging technologies like artificial intelligence is increasingly crucial,” he asserts. “These technologies enhance our ability to understand and utilise the vast amounts of data we collect, leading to better customer service and innovative product development.” He explains that staying ahead of technological advancements is key to maintaining smooth operations and enhancing customer experience.
