The Mauritius Real Estate Awards, hosted by Propertycloud.mu, has announced the Top 3 Finalists per category for its second edition. This highly anticipated event will culminate in a prestigious gala ceremony on 28 November 2024, at the Intercontinental Resort, Balaclava, bringing together industry leaders, selected guests, and invited media personalities.
The awards submissions officially closed on 31 October 2024, following which all applicants underwent a stringent evaluation process conducted by an external judging panel, with oversight from official auditing partner Schindlers Group. “We are extremely satisfied with this year’s entries that showcased a high caliber of innovation and excellence, reflecting the dynamic evolution of the Mauritian real estate sector. We look forward to welcoming these well-deserved finalists to the upcoming Gala Ceremony where the winners will be officially announced,” commented Bryan Wester, Managing Director of Propertycloud.mu.
