The winners of the 2024 Mauritius Real Estate Awards – presented by Propertycloud.mu – were announced during an exclusive ceremony on November 28th, 2024, held at the Intercontinental Resort, Balaclava. The prestigious gala ceremony brought together 150 industry leaders, top developers, esteemed guests, and invited media to recognize outstanding achievements across residential, commercial, and agency categories.
This year’s awards highlighted a growing trend towards community-centric developments, sustainable practices, and smart technology integration. Among the notable winners were:
