Jessica Naga is the new President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Mauritius (AMCHAM Mauritius), further to its 6th Annual General Meeting held on 14 March in Birger, Forest-Side. This event brought together members from various sectors of activity, reaffirming AMCHAM’s ongoing commitment to strengthening economic relations between Mauritius and the United States.
At this assembly, a new executive committee was unanimously elected for a current mandate until 2027.
The new composition of the committee is as follows:

Secretary: Vamen Poonoosamy (AXYS)
Treasurer: Julia Hawkins (Hawkins Eberdal Ltd)

Deputy Treasurer: Muzzammir Mahamoodally (Afritex Ventures Limited)
Members of the Executive Committee: Ayeshah Fauzee (PhD) (Coca-Cola Indian Ocean Ltd), Anil Lockee (Think Recruitment), and Sian Kiow Shi Shun (Applix Systems)
A strengthened commitment to the promotion of trade and investment
