Standard Bank Mauritius is proud to be the gold sponsor of The Loop Backyard Ultra 2025.
The Loop Backyard Ultra is more than just a race. It is an extraordinary adventure, the rules of which are simple: run a 6.7 km loop every hour, then start over until there is only one runner left.
The event will take place on Friday, September 5 and the runners will explore the Domaine de Labourdonnais, a 250-year-old sugar farm, in the middle of sugar cane fields, mango trees and pineapple plantations.
“Standard Bank Mauritius is proud of its long and faithful support for the sports community and sporting events, and this new partnership is an extension of this passion. We are delighted to embark on this adventure with The Loop Backyard Ultra race. Just as Standard Bank is committed to growth, excellence and rewarding relationships, we look forward to the riders pushing their limits to unleash their potential, and showing endurance while being part of a community,” said Francois Gamet, Chief Executive, Standard Bank Mauritius.
