The prestigious gala event continues to serve as the definitive platform for recognising excellence and innovation within the Mauritian real estate sector.
The exclusive black-tie ceremony will take place on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at the Intercontinental Hotel in Balaclava. The event will bring together one hundred and fifty selected guests, including finalists, industry leaders, and media representatives, to witness the announcement of thirteen winners across three main categories.

Award Categories
The 2025 Awards will recognise excellence across three main categories:
Residential: Residential Project of the Year, Best International Project (Foreigners), Best Local Project (Citizens), Best Apartment Project, and Best Beachfront Project.
Commercial: Commercial Project of the Year, Best Mixed-Use Project, Best Retail Centre, Best Office Building, and Best Co-Working Space.
Agency: Agency of the Year, Special Recognition Award, and Agency of Choice Award.
Submission Process

A professionally supervised judging system, overseen by an independent panel, will assess applications using a precise framework. The top three finalists from each sub-category will be publicly announced and invited to the awards ceremony.
