The celebrations were held in the presence of Honourable Minister of Labour & Industrial Relations, Mr. Muhammad Reza Cassam Uteem and Honourable Junior Minister of Agro Industry, Food Security, Blue Economy and Fisheries, Mr. Gilles Fabrice David. Also in attendance were Dr Takesh Luckho, and Heman Jeetun , Chairman of the Young IFA Network of International Fiscal Association (Mauritius Branch).

In just five years, Rogers Capital – Tax has expanded into a robust team of 30 tax professionals, reflecting strong market demand and the confidence clients place in the team’s expertise. Today, the company services a diversified portfolio across multiple industries—including banking, financial services, manufacturing, and international business.

A standout achievement has been the team’s success in resolving tax investigations and objections, for both corporate and individual taxpayers—thanks to precise technical analysis, meticulous preparation, and proactive engagement with the Mauritius Revenue Authority.
Driving National Dialogue & Shaping the Tax Framework
Rogers Capital – Tax continues to play an active role in shaping Mauritius’ tax environment. Ryan Allas, Managing Director of Rogers Capital – Tax, also serves as Chair of the Tax Committee of Mauritius Finance, collaborating closely with Business Mauritius and relevant authorities on major fiscal reforms.

The celebration also featured the recognition ceremony of the Finance & Tax Academy, the educational arm of Rogers Capital. In just two and a half years, the Academy has grown exponentially, offering comprehensive trainings in taxation and related disciplines.

- Around 50 graduates to date
- Rapid expansion of course offerings, including the latest fully attended workshop on Transfer Pricing
