Propertycloud.mu, one of Mauritius’ leading property portals hosting over 14,000 properties for sale and rent, has announced the return of the Mauritius Real Estate Awards for its second year. Following the success of the inaugural event, this prestigious awards ceremony is set to continue its role as a key fixture in the Mauritian real estate calendar.
The Mauritius Real Estate Awards will once again celebrate the top stakeholders, developers, and innovations shaping the country’s real estate landscape. With three (3) official categories—residential, commercial, and the estate agency sectors—the event aims to honor the industry’s most influential figures and projects for their outstanding contributions.
Bryan Wester, Managing Director of Propertycloud.mu, shared his excitement about the event’s return: “After the success of last year’s ceremony, we’re eager to build on that momentum and continue to recognize excellence within the Mauritian real estate sector. We encourage all leading developers, agencies, and projects to submit their nominations for this year’s awards as we get closer to the submission deadline.”
Entries are open via the official submission link at propertycloud.mu/awards. Nominations will be evaluated against a stringent set of criteria by an independent panel of judges, ensuring objectivity and professionalism in assessing each submission’s merits. The deadline for submissions is 30th October 2024, with the top 3 finalists to be announced shortly after.
This year’s winners will be unveiled at an exclusive black-tie gala, held once again at the Intercontinental Hotel in Balaclava on the 28th of November 2024. The event will welcome up to 150 guests, including finalists, industry leaders, and media representatives. Award recipients will receive the official title, trophy, and certificate recognizing their achievements.
