Launching with a first cohort of 40 SMEs selected from 89 applicants, we’re proud that over 40% of these companies are led by women, underscoring our commitment to inclusivity, which for us signifies not only gender equity but also diversity across business sizes and sectors. These 40 companies alone represent approximately 500 jobs. The forthcoming training regimen for this cohort is extensive, involving over 65 hours of training, masterclasses with leading partners such as EDB, who will present on export readiness, and MCB, our foundational partner, offering crucial financial management insights. Additionally, our quality partners SGS and NPCC will conduct audits, supporting initiatives related to productivity and efficiency, with the overarching aim of nurturing companies to become stronger, more efficient, innovative, and creative”
