2. You currently have 5 agencies spread across the island in strategic locations such as Grand Bay, Beau Vallon, Moka, Tamarin and Curepipe. What has been your strategy to tap into the growing demand for property from HNWIs and Mauritian citizens while catering to their different needs?
Our strategy is to have branches strategically located across the island, including Grand Bay, Blue Bay, Moka, Tamarin and Curepipe. This allows us to tap into the diverse needs of high net worth individuals and Mauritian residents. Each location is chosen with the local market dynamics in mind, enabling us to respond effectively to the specific demands of each region.
3. In the post-COVID era, have you noticed any shift in buyer trends?
In the post-COVID era, we have observed a notable shift in buyer trends. There is an increased demand for properties that offer flexible living spaces, home offices, and amenities that enhance work-life balance.
