The event, which takes place on April 18, 2024, at Andrea Lodges, will feature a series of panel discussions, keynote speeches, and networking opportunities including discovering the breathtaking natural scenery of Andrea Lodges, a unique location to hold an investment summit. The event will provide attendees with valuable insights and opportunities to connect with industry leaders.
The day-long event will kick off with a welcome address by Marc Hein SC, G.O.S.K Chairman of Juristconsult Chambers, followed by a keynote speech by the Guest of Honor, Mr. Aziz Mebarek, Founding and Co-Managing Partner of AfricInvest, one of the biggest Equity Fund Firms in Africa.
The first panel discussion will focus on ESG integration in wealth management, with speakers from Swan Capital Solutions, Rogers, and MCB.
The second panel discussion will explore the topic of impact investing, with speakers from Swan Securities, DTOS, and African Guarantee Fund.
The third panel discussion will delve into the processing of data against the backdrop of ESG principles, with speakers from DLA Piper UK, ABSA, and Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels.
After a lunch break, attendees will reconvene for the fourth panel discussion, which will focus on Mauritius, AI, and Fintech, with speakers from MIPS, Realign Consulting Services Limited, and Rogers. The fifth panel discussion will explore the topic of dispute avoidance and dispute resolution, with speakers from the Mediation and Arbitration Center, the Attorney-General’s Office Mauritius, and Juristconsult Chambers.
The final panel discussion of the day will focus on the Mauritius International Financial, Administrative and Corporate Centre, with speakers from Trident Trust Company (Mauritius) Limited, MCB, and Kick Advisory Services.
The event will conclude with a closing speech and a sunset cocktail for all attendees to network, connect & admire the beautiful sundowner.
