Ebene, Thursday, August 27 – Fidence Group has announced the acquisition of MITCO Group, through its wholly owned subsidiary Hoche Partners Corporate Services (HPCS). Fidence Group is backed by Amethis Advisory, a leading private equity investment platform in the EMEA region.

This acquisition strengthens Fidence’s international corporate and fiduciary services platform and enhances its ability to support clients operating across multiple jurisdictions. It also expands the group’s capabilities in servicing complex cross-border structures, in line with its long-term development strategy.

Licensed in Mauritius since 1993, MITCO is a well-established corporate, fiduciary and fund services group, serving a diversified client base of corporate, institutional investors, funds and private clients across multiple jurisdictions. MITCO brings along a recognised expertise in corporate structuring, fiduciary services and fund administration, supported by experienced teams and a long-standing presence in Mauritius.

Through this integration, Fidence broadens its international reach while reinforcing its ability to support clients across jurisdictions.

With MITCO, our clients gain direct access to these corridors through a team of recognised quality. I am particularly pleased that Mahen Govinda will join our shareholder base. His decision to invest alongside us reflects a shared long-term vision and strengthens the alignment within the partnership that leads our group,” commented the Chief Executive Officer of Fidence Group, Cornelius Bechtel.

For CIEL Finance, the transaction reflects disciplined portfolio lifecycle management and structured capital allocation.
