Stewards Investment Capital affiliate in USA, Stewards Inc. (OTCID: SWRD) today announced that it has received approval from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market. Stewards Inc. is a diversified financial platform spanning private credit, real assets and technology-enabled financial infrastructure.
Stewards Inc. common stock will begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under its existing ticker symbol, “SWRD,” at market open on Thursday, Sept. 10, 2026, through a direct uplisting from the OTCID Market. The uplisting does not involve a concurrent public offering or issuance of new shares by the company.
The Nasdaq uplisting marks an important milestone in Stewards’ evolution as the company continues to build an integrated financial platform spanning private credit, real assets and technology.

Stewards Inc,’s operating platform is anchored by its private credit business, which provides shortduration revenue-based financing, primarily through merchant cash advances, to small and midsized businesses. Since 2020, the platform has originated more than $153 million in cumulative direct and syndicated funding across more than 10,000 small businesses.
Stewards Inc, has also expanded into income-producing real assets, adding diversification to its broader platform, while continuing to invest in technology and automation designed to improve origination, underwriting and operating efficiency. Stewards is also evaluating longer-term digital financial infrastructure opportunities as part of its broader technology strategy.
