Phoenix Beverages expand network with new strategic hubs for supply

The Phoenix Beverages (PhoenixBev) has buttressed its logistics and commercial system with a rethink in organizing its distribution network, centred around two strategic hubs across the island. In context, the enterprise has made available to its retailers two pickup points to ensure the efficient and regular supply of goods:

  • Phoenix (Valentina Industrial Zone): This pick-up point covers the Central and Western regions, while Solitude (ex CFL, Royal Road) covers the North.

This territorial network allows partners to more effectively manage fluctuations in demand, whether seasonal peaks, promotional operations or unforeseen needs. Several withdrawal points will also be introduced shortly.

The Wholesale shops will be accessible at the following timings:

  • Monday to Friday: 9 a.m to 4 p.m
  • Saturday: 9 a.m-12 p.m
  • Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed

To help ensure a fluid and efficient experience, two order modes are proposed:

  1. Online order through the platform shop.phoenixbev.mu

Partners can access the dedicated platform, shop.phoenixbev.mu, and can register by email. To ensure registration of their account, the partners must submit their email and client code to the following number: 5422 2470

Once the subscription is complete, orders can be placed directly online, and following payment validation, products will be put at their disposal for withdrawal in less than two hours.

  • Order through commercial representatives

The partners can also order directly through their representative. The payment and collection is done at the chosen depot. For modernisation and security reasons, PhoenixBev strongly urges cashless payment by card or digital solutions.

Partners are called upon to bring the following documents for every collection:

 A copy of the Business Registration Certificate (BRC) and their point-of-sale code (outlet code).

Through this reinforced organization, PhoenixBev affirms the aim to optimize proximity with its partners and to provide them with concrete tools to support their commercial performance.

“This network restructure fit in a clear willingness, offering to our partners better responsiveness, flexibility and efficiency in terms of handling daily supply,” commented the Senior Manager Sales and Distribution of PhoenixBev Frederic Dubois.
