CIEL Properties is pleased to announce the appointment of Jean-Noël Wong Wan Khin as Chief Executive Officer. His mission is to continue and expand the growth momentum of this emerging division within the CIEL Group. Jean-Noël assumed his duties at the beginning of January, succeeding Guillaume Dalais, who is preparing to lead the CIEL Group from July 2024.
Designated Chief Operations Officer in July 2023, Jean-Noël Wong Wan Khin has actively contributed to the successful completion of significant projects, particularly in the areas of Evolis Properties and Ferney. “We are delighted to entrust these new responsibilities to Jean-Noël,” says Guillaume Dalais, Deputy Group Chief Executive of the CIEL Group. “With his demonstrated experience in the real estate sector, the quality of his leadership, his strong entrepreneurial vision, and his interest in sustainable development, he possesses all the skills to accelerate the development of CIEL Properties. We wish him every success in this exciting adventure.”
A qualified accountant, Jean-Noël has over 25 years of experience in senior roles in various sectors, including real estate development and finance. “It is a great honor to have the opportunity to take this division to new heights,” he declares. “The prospects are extremely promising. With our talented teams, we are working to expand our portfolio, explore new investment avenues, and strengthen our reputation as promoters of innovative projects with a low environmental impact, in line with the group’s culture of excellence.”
