Tutwa Consulting Group marks its second anniversary with launch of Centre of Excellence

Tutwa has been working for many years on technical assistance programs, developmental programs, specifically aimed at the socio-economic progress of Africa,” she stated. She celebrated the inauguration of their professional and leadership course, noting, “This past week, we launched our inaugural professional and leadership course where some very bright young minds joined us for the first time.”

As the Guest of Honour, Beryl Agyeiwaa Lomotey, Minister Counsellor/Head of Chancery at the Consulate-General of the Republic of Ghana, highlighted the benefits of the PAPSS payment platform, now active within the West African Monetary Zone. “Everyone trading on the platform appreciates the ability to conduct transactions in their local currencies,” Lomotey explained, emphasising its impact on facilitating easier and more cost-effective trade across West Africa.

She expressed eagerness for PAPSS’s expansion to further regions of Africa to enhance trade across the continent: “I look forward to it reaching the eastern, central, and northern parts of Africa, making trading among Africans easier and more profitable.” Lomotey also praised Ghana’s proactive role in the African Continental Free Trade Area and its potential to boost economic integration and benefits across the region.
