Since its inception in 2013, the Medine Scholarship Scheme, which is a joint exercise conducted by the human resources department and the Fondation Medine Horizons, has emerged as a pillar of social commitment to financially support the education of the group’s employees. In a span of 13 years, 123 scholarships have been dispensed, including secondary, technical, and tertiary education for a global investment worth Rs 6 million, which aims to alleviate household budgets while at the same time fostering excellence among youth to ensure continuity in terms of sponsoring their education.

The Chief Executive Officer of Medine Heba Capdevila Jangeerkhan has emphasised: “Investing in education implies preparing the future of our company and community, as a whole. At Medine, we want to give every young person the chance to succeed, regardless of their starting point. By supporting these 36 scholarship winners, we are concretely helping our employees to build the future of their children. Since 2013, this program has proven that the success of Medine also depends on the development of the families who work with us. It is a commitment that we will continue to carry with pride. »
While the CSR Executive of the Medine Horizons foundation Guianella Marie-Louise, commented: “Medine Scholarship Scheme goes beyond financial support. It’s a close support that values the effort put by parents and their children. Since 2013, we have been working with our collaborators to support the development of young people in the region. Each scholarship awarded for the 2026 batch showcases out willingness to build together a sustainable pathway to success.“
