Ebène, Monday, July 27, 2026 – INCE (Mauritius) Ltd is celebrating 10 years of operations this year, marking a decade of expertise in corporate reporting, financial communication, and the digital transformation of annual reports in Mauritius. The financial communication agency will celebrate its tenth anniversary on August 5th, joined by clients, partners, and staff, and in the presence of John Turner, CEO of XBRL International, who will serve as the event’s keynote speaker. The event will also provide an opportunity to unveil the company’s new online Annual General Meeting (AGM) platform, designed primarily for listed companies.
Established in 2016 and based in Ebène, INCE (Mauritius) Ltd was formed through a joint venture between INCE SA Pty Ltd—a South African company with over a century of experience in investor communication, corporate reporting, and visual design—and Imperium Holdings Ltd, a leading Mauritian financial services group. This partnership has combined recognized international expertise with deep knowledge of the Mauritian financial ecosystem.
Since its inception, INCE (Mauritius) Ltd has supported Mauritian and international companies with their corporate reporting needs, including the design of annual, integrated, and sustainability reports, XBRL and iXBRL implementation, ESG reporting, strategic consulting, visual communication, and digital solutions. Beyond mere document production, the team helps each client craft a coherent narrative, present data clearly, and transform reporting obligations into genuine drivers of trust and value creation. Building on this initiative, INCE (Mauritius) Ltd will launch a platform enabling listed companies to hold their annual general meetings in a secure digital environment. Shareholders will thus be able to attend meetings remotely, follow live presentations, interact with speakers, and vote on resolutions, regardless of their location.
This solution addresses the increasing internationalization of corporate shareholding and overcomes the constraints associated with meetings held exclusively in-person. It aims to make general meetings more accessible, inclusive, and interactive, while facilitating shareholder participation and the voting process.

For Fadley Bundhoo, General Manager of INCE (Mauritius) Ltd, this anniversary marks a significant milestone in the company’s journey. “Celebrating ten years of INCE (Mauritius) Ltd is a source of great pride. Since our inception, our ambition has always been to help Mauritian companies communicate with the same rigor, clarity, and standards expected in international markets.”
“Corporate reporting is not merely a regulatory obligation; it is a strategic tool for building trust among investors, regulators, and all stakeholders. The launch of our online AGM platform demonstrates our commitment to continued innovation and to providing solutions tailored to the evolving needs of listed companies and their shareholders,” adds Fadley Bundhoo. He further notes: “We are grateful to our clients, partners, and teams for the trust they have placed in us, and we look forward to the coming years with the same high standards and drive for innovation.”
In light of rapidly evolving reporting requirements—driven notably by ESG, ISSB standards, iXBRL, and digitalisation—INCE (Mauritius) Ltd aims to strengthen its position as an integrated partner for Mauritian companies by combining regulatory expertise, strategic consulting, design, and financial communication.
For INCE (Mauritius) Ltd, the coming years will be defined by the accelerated digitalisation of reporting, the growing importance of structured data, and the need for companies to tell their stories in a more transparent, consistent, and accessible manner.
