Following recent posts circulating on social media, Medine wishes to clarify the facts surrounding the launch of the Pierrefonds 2 housing development
As with the Pierrefonds 1 housing development, the sale of plots in Pierrefonds 2 took place in successive stages:
- Medine Shareholders (July 31 and August 1, 2026): priority access reserved for shareholders, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Group Employees (August 3, 2026): a dedicated day for staff, following the company’s usual criteria and on a first-come, first-served basis.
- General Public (August 4, 2026): general opening on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to one plot per household.
Over these four days, more than 3,000 people visited the KDA Geosystems site in Pierrefonds to express their interest.
As a reminder, KDA Geosystems is responsible for marketing the Pierrefonds 2 project, continuing the successful collaboration established during the first phase, Pierrefonds 1.
All reservations remain provisional pending the completion of required formalities and verifications, meaning cancellations may still occur. The public is invited to regularly check the Pierrefonds 2 website for any updates on availability.
