Stewards Inc. rings Nasdaq Opening Bell to celebrate listing on Capital Market

In a press release, Stewards Investment Capital informs that its U.S. affiliate Stewards Inc. (Nasdaq: SWRD) rang the Nasdaq Stock Market Opening Bell on October 14 in Times Square. The event was celebrated by members of the leadership team, board members, employees, shareholders, and investors gathered for the ceremony, hailing Stewards Inc.’s listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market and the next stage of its growth as a diversified financial platform.

“Nasdaq broadens our visibility in the U.S. capital markets and introduces Stewards to a much wider community of investors as we execute our long-term strategy. There are a lot of people who believed in what we were building long before there was a Nasdaq logo behind us, and this day belongs to them as much as anyone,” said Chairman of Stewards Inc. and Founder & Chairman of Stewards Investment Capital Glen Steward.

Stewards Inc. has seen a growth from its roots in private credit into a broader platform spanning private credit, real assets and technology-enabled financial infrastructure. Since 2020, its private credit business has originated more than USD 153 million in cumulative direct and syndicated funding across more than 10,000 small and mid-sized businesses. The company has also expanded its real-assets portfolio and continues to invest in technology to support scalability and efficiency.

Chief Executive Officer of Stewards Investment Capital Bilal Adam commented: “This is a proud moment for the entire Stewards affiliate group of companies. The Nasdaq listing enhances the visibility and institutional profile of the company that underpins our private credit strategy and strengthens the foundation we offer our investors globally. With Stewards Inc. now trading on Nasdaq, we are also operating in a more controlled environment with stronger corporate governance.”
