Ebène, Mauritius, June 5: Stewards Investment Capital has been awarded ‘Best Product Innovation’ at the Global Private Banking Innovation Awards 2026. The recognition hails the development and structural implementation of the Stewards Private Credit Fund, designed for institutional investors, sovereign funds, and global family offices.
Held on June 4 at the Capella Hotel, Singapore, the award ceremony brought together key executives and asset managers from across the global financial sector. The Global Private Banking Innovation Awards, organised annually by Global Private Banker, honour and celebrate the world’s prominent private banks, family offices and wealth managers that demonstrate elite levels of advisory, unbiased research and bespoke solutions and their individuals’ contribution to client service, strategic wealth preservation and growth capabilities. The winners include leading banking and financial institutions such as HSBC, JP Morgan, Barclays Private Bank, Standard Chartered, amongst others.
“This recognition validates the intent and discipline behind our private credit strategy, particularly the Apex 12 percent Capital Protected Shares. We built this solution to address a clear and growing demand for access to alternative investments without compromising on downside protection. For us, innovation is about devising resilient, transparent solutions that give our clients consistent, risk-aware pathways to long-term wealth creation”, Chairman, Stewards Investment Capital, Glen Steward commented.
The Apex 12 percent Capital Protected Shares constitute a senior class of shares in the Stewards Private Credit Fund. This particular class of shares has been created in order to meet the expectations of conservative investors who wish to have exposure to the private credit markets while having capital protection and an attractive risk-adjusted return.
“Winning Best Product Innovation alongside globally respected peers is both humbling and significant, particularly as a Mauritius-based company operating on the international stage. It reinforces the role the jurisdiction plays in enabling investors to access global markets and differentiated opportunities. In partnership with our US affiliate, Stewards Inc, we assure investors of strong execution capability and institutional depth on the ground. This recognition affirms a clear market preference for transparent, function-driven investment architecture, including solutions that deliver real diversification while maintaining a disciplined focus on attractive, risk-adjusted returns.” CEO, Stewards Investment Capital, Bilal Adam underlined.
Looking ahead, Stewards is on a continuous path to deepening its investment architecture, ensuring that its bespoke solutions remain highly relevant, transparent, and uniquely aligned with the multigenerational wealth preservation mandates of its global client base.
